All students of all levels have the opportunity to take their dancing to the competition floor. Students can compete in the Pro/am division, which is a student dancing with their professional instructor. If a student has an amateur partner, they can also compete in the AM/AM division, which is two amateurs dancing together. There are competitions all around the world from which they can choose.

One of SOUL’s main missions is to bring the community together through social dance. SOUL offers weekly Friday night dance parties to bring the community together. These socials are open to all levels. You do not need a partner to attend. SOUL Ballroom also supports social dancers by teaching more social styles of dance, such as west coast swing, salsa, 2-step, line dances, and more.

We are thrilled to offer youth classes through our “SOULkids” program. We focus not only on dancing but also help set the foundation of an appreciation for music, movement, and community. We offer youth group classes, as well as private instruction. Children will have multiple opportunities to perform in studio recitals or national competitions if they choose.

SOUL Ballroom offers a wide range of events. We offer weekly group classes and social dance parties. We also offer quarterly in-studio showcases, which are essentially student dance recitals. SOUL also offers monthly practice rounds to give students a chance to practice what they have been learning in their lesson in a safe environment with fellow dancers. We are also proud to host wellness events throughout the year to nourish the mind, body, and SOUL. SOUL Ballroom is also open to the public to rent for their special event such as bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, etc.
